Aesthetic Financial Policy

At Elmé, we are committed to ensuring your surgical experience is as seamless, comfortable, and stress-free as possible. We believe in fostering trust through clear communication and transparency so you can focus on achieving your goals with confidence.

Aesthetic Consultation Fee

Your journey begins with a personalized consultation to discuss your goals, receive expert recommendations, and have all your questions answered. There is an advance, non-refundable $500 USD consultation fee. From time to time, life interrupts plans so we offer a one-time courtesy rescheduling with your consultation. Should you choose to proceed with a treatment, this fee will be credited toward your final charges.

Aesthetic Surgical Fees

Aesthetic surgery fees are due in advance to secure your procedure. A non-refundable scheduling deposit of $1,000 USD is required to reserve your surgical date. This approach ensures we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to deliver exceptional care.

Aesthetic Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. In the event you need to cancel your surgery, the following policy applies:

• 15 or more days before surgery: Full refund minus the $1,000 USD deposit.
• 7–14 days before surgery: 50% refund of total fees.
• 0–6 days before surgery: No refund.
• This policy allows us to maintain fairness while respecting the time and effort involved in preparing for your procedure.

Cosmetic Rescheduling Fee Policy:

If you would like to reschedule your surgery 30 days (or more) prior to your scheduled surgery date, we permit a one-time courtesy rescheduling of your procedure. If you need to reschedule more than once, there is a $500 USD non-refundable rescheduling fee.
